Can we all agree that summer showed up FAST?

Between graduation parties, vacations, golf, and trying to keep my flowers alive, life has been busy around our house. ☀️

I wanted to take a minute to check in and say thank you.

Many of you have trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of your lives—buying or selling a home—and I never take that lightly. Others have referred friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors my way. Those referrals mean more than you know.

A little update from me...

Joseph and I are finally settled into our new home, and we're loving every minute of it. There's something special about creating a home that truly fits your family, and it's reminded me why I love what I do. Real estate isn't just about houses. It's about where life happens.

Speaking of real estate...

I'm getting a lot of questions lately:

"Should I sell now or wait?"

"Are buyers still out there?"

"What's my house worth?"

The answer is...it depends.

(Yes, I know that's the most Realtor answer ever.)

But every neighborhood, price point, and situation is different. That's why Zillow can't tell your whole story, and why I never mind taking a look if you're curious about your home's value.

Even if you're not planning to move tomorrow, it's good information to have.
