Bowling Green is home for me, and it's where I've helped buyers and sellers for about 14 years. It's the largest city in South Central Kentucky and the county seat of Warren County. It still has a hometown feel, but with a growing economy and Nashville only about an hour south on I-65.

See All Bowling Green HomesWestern Kentucky University brings sports, arts and a lot of energy to town. The Corvette has been built here since 1981, and the National Corvette Museum brings in visitors from all over the world. Add Lost River Cave, our parks and greenways, a great local restaurant scene, and Mammoth Cave National Park and Barren River Lake close by, and it's easy to see why so many families are choosing Bowling Green.
Every part of town feels a little different. Established neighborhoods near WKU and downtown have mature trees and a lot of character. The south side and the Scottsville Road area have many newer subdivisions and are popular with families. Communities like Plano, Alvaton, Rockfield, Smiths Grove and Richardsville give you more land and a quieter pace while keeping you close to town. Schools are a big part of the decision for many families, and Bowling Green has both city and county school districts, so I always help buyers check which one a home is in.
Popular Bowling Green neighborhoods I work in include Olde Stone, Drakes Ridge, Hazel Farms, South Glen Gables, Cumberland Ridge, Poplar Grove, Briarwood, Indian Hills and The Summit.
The market here changes from month to month, so I write a Bowling Green market update on my blog every month. When you're ready to buy, I'll help you get pre-approved, compare neighborhoods, understand what homes are really selling for, and write an offer that makes sense for you. If you're moving here from out of town, I'm happy to be your local guide.
Pricing is everything. I look closely at recent sales, active competition and what buyers are responding to right now. Then I market your home with professional photos, social media and targeted online advertising so it reaches as many serious buyers as possible.
